And i just can't beleived it when u try to check my rank it appear then my google page rank is 4. I tried to check it again and i still have the same answer. Then i d ecided to visit my page rank and i still have the same answer. I really hope this is true. Will see if nothing will change after a week i am not dreaming then.hehehehe

post election entry

Finally the election is through. But some of the family relationship and friendship were broken. I am grateful that my mother made it to the magic 7. They were tie with her nephew who was our SK Chairman. But I feel bad because of my cousin who runs for SK. Chairman she only losses for 1 blank vote. Although the other opponent detains some of the SK voters my uncle still manage to get some voters. If they only play fair I’m sure my cousin has a big chance. Anyway there mother did not won for councilor good for them. Anyway good thing we decided in the last hour of voting to vote for my cousin and my mother because we knew then that they were junk by their line-up. If we were not do it there is a possible that my cousin and mother will lost the battle.

When I enter to the world of blogging I notice that some of my friends are earning through their blogs.And after scanning some of the posts about how they got paid from blogging it capture my attention and decided to give it a try. Anyway there is no harm in trying. Although I really don’t believe that I can be paid from my own blog. Its election day today and I woke up very early as in 3.30 am.hehehehe… then we decided to have a walk with my mother and sister and bought bread. Last night people were busy distributing their money to buy votes. And of course we are one of them I will not deny that cos people is now after on how much they will receive. I really hope my mother ill make it to the magic seven and also my first cousin who was then the Sk. Chairman in our barangay. But I feel bad to my first cousin who is running for SK. Chairwoman cos the other candidates detain the Sk voters in their house and only allowed to go out when they go to the voting center but with lookout. Anyway got to go now and prepare to go to voting center.

wildfires in south california

The wildfires in South California is all over the news for many days now. Authorities says that the fire destroy 800,000 square miles of South California and about 40 firefighters is injured. The number of death is also increasing. More than 500,000 people is now in the evacuation center.I feel bad to those Filipinos that lost their home because of this disaster. I really hope that this will be over soon. Yesterday i saw a reporter doing his job while his house is on fire. huh.... I dnt know where he get his guts to do his job while he is lossing his house. Maybe he already accept that he cant do anything but to move on. Further more President Bush declared San Deigo under calamity. I thought only Filipinos do looting when a fire occur i am surprized that it also happened in other country.

I’ve been thinking of what to note down for update today. And boy… I can’t think of any but I want to share the show that I am getting addicted to. I am hooked with this TV show entitled Marimar. Marimar captured the Filipino’s house during the 90’s stars of the Mexican actress Thalia. I wasn’t have time to watch this show before because I was hooked up with Rosalinda who also stars Thalia. Now GMA network is airing it back but with Filipino stars. Marian Rivera plays the rule of Marimar, simple naïve lass who were separated from her real parent because of an accident. Found and raised with an old couple who adores and treat her as their own. She met Sergio (Dindong Dantes) and falls in love then decided to get married. But her life went bad because of Sergio’s ex girlfriends who are then the wife of Sergio’s father. Marimar’s life became wretched when Sergio decided to work in Guam. And she met her real father (Don Gustavo).and change her life. This show made me cry many times.hehehehe… This week I will be looking forward for the return of the new Marimar “Bella Aldama”

barangay election fast approaching

I am now counting the days before the synchronized barangay election and after 6 days we will know who will be in in the magic 7 of barangay councilor and who will make it to the top barangay position. I am now done making my mother’s leaflets which she will give it to the constituents today when they have their house to house campaign. Because I want to earn money in blogging I am searching on the web on what tools might help me to have a higher page rank and to acquire more readers. It’s discouraging that my blog was denied on a site where I submit my blog and their reason is because I have 0 goggle page ranks. Huh…amusing cos I really don’t know that a rank page is important in blog.

I am wondering how I will increase my goggle page rank. It is still 0 at this moment. I am amaze when my Alexa traffic because it is doing well. I have read joining forum is one of a good approach cos I well be allowed to put my signature that links to my blog. Tried to join some site that I think will help me snatch some reader. When i decide to earn money in blogging i try to submit my blog in any advertiser that offer bloggers to earn extra money. The first choice is PPP since i saw lot of bloggers is into this site. But boy... its not that easy. Yesterday i recieved a letter from them saying that my blog is denied for the reason that my blog is not 90 days old from my first post. My first entry was last week of August so i still need to wait until next month and i will try to re-submit my blog. On the other hand i also try to submit my blog in smorty but then again my blog is denied cos of my page rank.huhuhu.... yewww....isn't a bit frustration? hehehehe... This post is rather late. What??? Then why I am trying to post this entry then. Nothing really I only want to have something to entry about people. Hehehehe… Anyway the red carpet launch of Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition 2 was last Sunday, October 14, 2007. I was not able to watch this show cos I was sounding sleep. Poor me…. So much of this blah..here are the list of the celebrity housemate. No Picture yet i'll post it on my update.

• The first celebrity housemate to enter the house is Will Devaughn a moder, ½ German, ¼ Filipino and ¼ African –American. He flew all the way to Philippines to look for his long lost love, a young woman who you already broke his heart twice. For this he is tag as the “True Lover” in the house. Sounds interesting, huh.

• The second celebrity housemate to enter Kuya’s house is Megan Young. 17 years old who made her initial appearance to showbiz in the reality show Starstruck. But she is more familiar as Shane as the pretty social worker in the ABS-CBN hit Kokey. Young admits that she never do any house chores not even cleaning and tidying her own room. This character made her to have a tag name “Princess of Charm”.

• Next to enter is the “Desirable Diva” Riza Santos. 21 years old beauty titles the reigning Ms. Earth-Canada. If one is nominated for evection it only means that the other one is also nominated. Does this also mean that if the other one make is as a big winner there will be 2 grand winners then? Frustrations, disappointment, this always get into my nerve. I can’t really don’t know I hate with this traits. I know this can be a basis in fulfilling my dreams. Although I know I need to cross these obstacles before I can have my dreams. But what about when you set your mind that your dream will be accomplish in just a matter of days or weeks. And you will just know you need to wait for a longer time. I know it is reasonable if the explanation is valid, but because I am stubborn I get mad easily. I also think I need to think of the feelings of other not only myself. I just hope I am not that bad in his eyes.hehehehe…Anyway when u love someone all you want is to be with that person. No matter what…see how stubborn I can be. But at the end of the day i realized that i only need to wait for the right time

be aware of the medicine you take

As a mother you always want your child/children to be safe. Whenever my son is sick I always see to it that he takes the right medicine in bringing him to his pediatrician. What is alarming is some branded medicine for children is not safe to take. The Food and Drugs Adminstration (FDA) announced that any drugs containing PHENYLPROPANOLAMINE is not safe to take. All drugs that containing PPA helps increase the hemorrhagic stroke (bleeding into the brain or into tissue surrounding the brain) in women. Men may also be at risk. Although the risk of hemorrhagic stroke is very low.

FDA is now taking steps to eliminate these drugs from all drugstores and request all the drug companies to prevent using marketing product that has PPA. Following are list of the medication that contains PHENYLPROPANOMINE:

When I enter to the world of blogging I notice that some of my friends are earning through their blogs.And after scanning some of the posts about how they got paid from blogging it capture my attention and decided to give it a try. Anyway there is no harm in trying. Although I really don’t believe that I can be paid from my own blog. While searching I came up with this site called Bloggerwave and said to my self why not try this one and bingo I immediately sign the bloggers membership. I thought becoming a Bloggerwave was difficult not until I got their e-mail saying that my blog is approved. Yepeyyy.. I got approved in just a matter of days. Now I will be looking forward for my first payment through paypal.

My son Justin Aiken is now 2 years old and 8 months. I realized that he is growing fast. This made me think on what approach to discipline him. Here are some tips on Basic Parenting Guide which I found through the net.

• Use consequences not punishment. Set consequence when they do wrong. Remember a childhood naughtyness is an excuse.
• TIME-OUT AND GROUNDED. An effective tool for controlling behavior in children is "time-out." Once a parent learns the proper use of this technique, it is very effective. What works best is one minute for each year of a child's age, up to twelve. The child must sit in one place and not play for the period of the time-out.
• BE FAIR AND LOVING. When a child commits a wrong for which no consequence has been imposed, some parents say: "They got away with it." Not really, they have been informed that you are not pleased with their actions, and they now know exactly what will happen to them if it is repeated. This is a learning experience for both parent and child. Parents who treat their children in a fair and a consistent manner will be respected.
• AVOID NEGATIVE COMMENTS. The more impartial you are when imposing the consequence, the better the results will be. You can even take the child's side and say "I'm sorry this happened and you have to be grounded for three days, but the time will pass quickly and I'm sure it won't happen again." Do not make angry statements. Negative comments move the system from loving and fair to nasty and vindictive. Your children will treat you and the rest of society the way they are treated. It is easier to become successful in life if you are positive rather than negative.
• TALK WITH YOUR KIDS. Some people avoid saying what they need to say because they are afraid of the results. The outcome is always worse than it would have been. One couple failed to discuss their expectations prior to their marriage. Both were afraid such discussions might end the relationship. The result was a divorce after several months of revelations. The marriage would have had a better chance if the issues had been handled during the courtship. It was the way their parents related. Each came from a divorced home. Parents who discuss and solve problems have children who do the same
• LOVE YOUR CHILDREN UNCONDITIONALLY. Think about these two statements: 1)"If you ever ___________, I will disown you!" 2)"I hope you never___________, but if it should happen and you need me, I will be here for you!"
• LYING. Parents tell their children not to lie, but what about parents who lie? How do kids learn to lie? Children want to believe what their mother says is true. How can them if she says things she does not mean just to make her point. Things are said and intended as empty threats. The child resents the threat and the lie attached. Suppose you tell a four-year-old: "I'll pop you if you touch the TV!" Two weeks later they touch it and you say: "I warned you, does that again and I'll pop you!" The child did not forget what you said two weeks ago. He is testing you. If you do not follow through on what you said, the child will lose respect for you and believe it is normal to tell "little" lies.
• BE CONSISTENT. Parents must learn to use the same consequence for the same behavior on good and bad days. If you know you are having a bad day, you must remember that your child's future depends on you being consistent and fair. Children should not have to adjust their behavior to fit their parent's moods.
• USE A FIXED BEDTIME. This is the strongest weapon in a parent's arsenal. As long as the child is dependent on the parent for support, they can be required to comply with a firm, fixed bedtime. Bedtime should be 8:00 P.M. on school nights and 9:00 P.M. on non school nights. This can be accomplished by using a digital watch or clock with an alarm. Set the alarm for 8:01 P.M., if a child is not in bed before the alarm sounds, the consequence is a 7:30 bedtime tomorrow
• TEACH YOUR CHILDREN VALUES. Parent must teach the children to be honest, courage, self-reliance, peacefulness, self discipline, fidelity, justice and mercy and most of all love.

Just finish chatting my love. He need to go because it's his father 74th day. How i wish i am with him to celebrate his papa's b-day (soon my father-in-law) . Anyway my love really make me feel great when he told me that he wants to bring me to a nice chruch and we will make our promise infront of the Lord. That we will own each other although we are not yet legally married. I am looking forward to that day.

racism in desperate housewives

I feel bad on the racist remark of Tere Hatcher on the desperate housewives sitcom. Seems they think of Filipino Doctor’s as a dumb. I know it’s not the script writer fault but also of the actress. Tere Hatcher could not say that words if she don’t want to say it. She has her freedom to say no. Philippine government did the right thing about asking the ABC network a public apologize for this racism episode. I flash back on my mind when Oxford Dictionary defined Filipina as domestic helper. They published Filipina as domestic helpers but now it was change. Here is a video of the episode.

The National Broadband Network (NBN) scandal has been spreading over the news for the pass few weeks. After Joey de Venecia’s testimony and putting Commission on elections Chairman Benjamin Abalos Sr. and First Gentleman Mike Arroyo on the hot set. On the day of JDV pronouncement FG Mike Arroyo is out of the country. The ZTE deal has been the subject of a Senate and House investigation. Commission on Elections Chair Benjamin Abalos Sr. has been accused of brokering the deal between the DOTC and ZTE and of receiving sexual favors and commissions in return. Abalos has also been accused of offering a bribe to Romulo Neri, former NEDA secretary general, so he would endorse the ZTE proposal

Yesterday Monday,Commissions on Election Chairman Benjamen Aballos quit his job in a press conference in their house. The family of Abalos asked him to resign after his name was involved in bribery while brokering the allegedly overpriced $329-M deal of National Broadband Network (NBN) with China’s ZTE Corp. I’m wondering if Abalos resignation means he is guilty once he said that resigning from a position on the middle of impeachment or investigation is guilty. Or this is what the Pres. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo’s decision since her husband First Gentleman Mike Arroyo is also involves in this scandal as what Joey De Venicia said. Whoaahhh.. Do you think there is a person involved that is in a postion higher than Abalos? DO you think it’s the time now for transparency? Huhuhuh… poor Filipino people we are who endure of paying on our country’s debts but we don’t know what is happening.
